Police release surveillance video of the heist on Aug. 22. It happened on Aug. 7 at 2981 Welsh Road when three conspirators entered the store, brandished handguns and ordered the two victims to the floor. The robbers took cash from the register and from the patron’s wallet before fleeing eastbound on Old Ashton Road.

One robber was described as white, 6 feet tall, with a black Phillies cap, white shirt pulled over his face, gray jacket, plaid pajama pants and a handgun. A second robber was described as black, 6 feet tall, 160 to 170 pounds, with a two-tone gray baseball cap featuring a bull logo on the front, a red and black bandanna over his face, white T-shirt, camouflage pants and a handgun. The third suspect’s race is unknown. He wore a dark hoodie pulled tight around his face and dark pants.
